How to Calculate Power
- In physics, Power is the amount of work done divided by the time it takes, or the rate of work. Work is equal to Force times Distance (W = F x D). The equation is P = W/T
- Power Formula is used to calculate the Power, Voltage, Current or Resistance in any electrical circuit. It is expressed in Watts. Watt is a unit of Power, and discovered by James Watt the Scottish inventor (1736-1819).
